Pb Who we are /b /pp Sibill is the accounting and financial operating system for small and medium businesses (SMBs). Outdated tools and fragmented data waste entrepreneurs a lot of hours each week — we give this time back by integrating invoicing, payments, treasury, and accounting in one modern platform. /pp We’re backed by top international investors such as Keen Venture Partners (Fiscozen), Founders A/S (Pleo), Exor Ventures (Qonto, Alan), Notion Capital, and most recently Creandum, known for supporting Klarna and Spotify at early stages. /pp Thousands of entrepreneurs already trust Sibill. /pp Our goal? Reach millions. b This is just the beginning /b. /p pb What we are looking for /b /pp We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. The SDR is in charge of qualifying and engaging inbound leads that have been collected through marketing channels. /pp Lots of our leads have unclear ideas about what we do and how we can solve their pains: the SDR is there to consult them properly on whether Sibill could be a good fit for their business. /pp The SDR is a key figure in our funnel as he/she ensures: /pulli only good leads are passed on to the Account Executive for the free trial and the closing /lili bad leads don’t go any further down the funnel /lili cold leads are nurtured properly /li /ul pb You are the perfect fit if… /b /pulli You feel like fitting the values we share at Sibill: b ambition, pragmatism, efficiency, integrity /b /lili You love talking to entrepreneurs and understanding their business challenges /lili You thrive in fast-paced environments and love over-hitting your targets /lili You are not afraid of high volumes (our SDRs interact with 75 companies per day on average) /lili You are a problem solver more than a “sell me this pen” kind of guy /lili You are excited about working in a flat, no-politics, fast-paced environment. /lili You are not scared of working hard.
