The ideal candidate will be responsible for the accounting operations in all day-to-day activities and support Finance ManagerResponsibilities•Day-to-day finance activities•General administrative tasks: contact with Bank, customers, suppliers and all departments•Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and reporting•Reconcile bank statements, intercompany statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy•Support Finance Manager with month, quarter, year-end closing•Monitoring and planning cash flow requirements•Controlling AR / AP / General Ledger•Generate a variety of financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements•Managing preparation of all financial reports & balance sheets•Preparations of the budget•Analysis of the budget versus actual results•Process optimization•Maintaining contact with auditors, tax specialists, banks and other finance related parties•Preparing VAT declaration•Support financial Manager in day-to-day operations•Replacing Finance Manager in case of absence•Ensure all matters consistent with Global & Company Policies and Laws managementQualifications• Higher Education; Accounting / Economics / Professional qualification• >5 years experience Senior Accountant or Finance Manager• Knowledge of different accounting software (Microsoft AX, Oracle Fusion, Qlik, etc )• Knowledge of business languages: English
