Are you an experienced Finance Manager with a strong analytical mindset and proven leadership capabilities? Do you bring at least five years of financial management experience, with a deep understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control? If so, we invite you to join our team.
Your Responsibilities
* Support and execute the company’s expansion strategy in alignment with Döhler Group’s corporate objectives.
* Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
* Oversee financial audits, tax compliance, and adherence to local (and Global) accounting standards.
* Manage and monitor operational KPIs, cost price calculations, and business case evaluations.
* Lead, coach, and manage the finance team to enhance performance and professional growth.
* Drive the successful implementation and adoption of SAP modules and other financial digital tools.
* Enhance business intelligence and dashboarding capabilities to improve financial and operational decision‑making.
* Proactively manage cash flow planning, expenditure control, and treasury operations.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, including credit, liquidity, and market risks.
What Do You Bring With You
* Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* Minimum of three years’ experience in financial management roles.
* Strong expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.
* Experience with operational finance, supply chain controlling, and business case analysis.
* Advanced proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
* Good communication skills in Italian and English are required.
