Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in a full-time position based at Bari, Italy. This role involves providing technical support and assistance for desktops and laptops, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops and laptops, including hardware and software issues.
- Ensure the deployment and configuration of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Configure and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for security and configuration management.
- Use tools like Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Intune, and other remote management solutions for software deployment and system maintenance.
- Assist with the implementation of Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office 365.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing hardware issues for desktops and laptops.
- Expertise in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with Group Policy configuration and management.
- Familiarity with remote management tools and MDM solutions.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
