As part of our team, you can look forward to interesting work in an expanding company, where you can bring in your own ideas and make a difference. /ppbr/ppWe are looking for a strongGroup Retail Media Manager /strong to join our eCommerce team in Castelfranco Veneto. /ppbr/ppstrongAccountability and Objectives: /strong /ppThe Group Retail Media Manager is responsible for defining, governing and optimizing the retail media strategy at Group level, with a strong focus on Amazon Ads and other marketplace media platforms. /ppThe role ensures efficient budget allocation, performance excellence and consistency across countries, acting as the main interface between HQ, local markets and the global media agency. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /ppstrongGroup Retail Media Strategy /strong /pulliDefine the Group Retail Media framework across Amazon and priority marketplaces /liliTranslate eCommerce and brand objectives into clear media principles, KPIs and guidelines /liliEnsure alignment between Retail Media, eCommerce strategy and brand activation /li /ulpstrongBudget Ownership and Performance Management /strong /pulliOwn and steer the Group Retail Media budget, with primary focus on Amazon Ads /liliDefine budget allocation models by country, category and funnel stage /liliMonitor performance versus ROAS, ACOS, incremental sales, share of voice and profitability targets /liliDrive continuous media efficiency and scalability across markets /liliAmazon and Marketplace Media Excellence /liliAct as Group expert on Amazon Retail Media, defining best practices on campaign structure, scaling logic and full-funnel activation /liliLead testing roadmap, innovation initiatives and adoption of new Amazon Ads formats and betas /liliExtend governance and best practices to other marketplace media ecosystems where relevant /li /ulpstrongCountry and Stakeholder Coordination /strong /pulliCoordinate and support local markets in the planning and execution of Retail Media activities /liliEnsure countries operate within shared guidelines while preserving local flexibility /liliRun regular performance reviews and alignment sessions with countries /liliAct as key interface between HQ Digital and eCommerce teams, local markets and external partners /li /ulpstrongAgency Governance /strong /pulliLead the global media agency on Retail Media scope, including briefing, planning and performance monitoring /liliEnsure transparent reporting, accountability and continuous improvement /liliChallenge agency proposals with a strong business and performance mindset /li /ulpbr/ppstrongSkills qualifications: /strong /pullistrongProven problem-solving mindset /strong with a proactive attitude toward implementing process improvements and making sound, data-driven decisions. /lilistrong6/8+ years of experience /strong in Retail Media, Digital Media or eCommerce activation roles /liliStrong hands-on experience with strongAmazon Ads /strong in international and multi-country environments /liliProven experience managing large media budgets and complex stakeholder setups /lilistrongFluent in written and spoken English /strong, with excellent business communication skills. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongMindset and interpersonal skills: /strong /pullistrongHighly analytical and KPI-driven /strong, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. /lilistrongSelf-motivated and able to work independently /strong, while also thriving as part of a collaborative and fast-paced team environment. /lilistrongResilient under pressure /strong, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. /lilistrongCapable of self-managing workload /strong, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision. /lilistrongEnergetic, results-oriented, and a strong communicator /strong, with a passion for dribbling growth in a digital-first sales environment. /li /ulpbr/ppCurious about our values?
