Overview
The role involves working in a residential community for young adults with moderate physical and cognitive disabilities. The focus is on an innovative, youth-oriented care approach that promotes social interaction and enhances the quality of life through structured activities and shared moments.
Responsibilities
Provide assistance and support to residents in daily living activities.
Implement structured therapeutic and recreational activities to encourage socialization.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to monitor and improve residents' well‐being.
Adhere to care protocols and ensure a safe, respectful environment.
Qualifications
Valid professional qualification as a socio‐sanitary operator or equivalent title.
Preferable prior experience in a similar role.
Immediate availability to start.
English/Italian language proficiency as required.
Benefits and Conditions
Subordinated contract, fixed‐term for stabilization.
Full‐time 38 hours per week, Monday to Sunday with one day off.
