In this role you will lead end-to-end fraud investigations to protect ING and its customers. You'll collect and analyze forensic traces, coordinate with law enforcement and legal teams, and implement mitigations to prevent losses. You'll work with fraud management and global teams to respond to evolving modus operandi, documenting findings for internal and external audiences. You'll apply data analysis skills to diagnose incidents and drive decisive actions under pressure, shaping prevention efforts and lessons learned.
