Basic Qualifications
Excellent customer service orientation3+ years Payroll/HR experienceFluency in EnglishAdvanced user of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)Deep controllership / statutory compliance knowledge (tax, labour code, social security, garnishments, pension, benefits, terminations)Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated stakeholder management skillsProcess optimization expertiseExperience leading complex data analysisProficient in obtaining, organizing, and analyzing data to make fact-based decisions and driveTrack record of identifying root causes and implementing preventive solutions at scale
Preferred Qualifications
