Reporting to the Finance Director and General Manager, this role ensures that all accounting procedures comply with internal policies and statutory regulations, contributing to the financial integrity and smooth operation of the hotel. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliProcess and record day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, expense reports, and bank statements. /liliReconcile ledgers, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments and collections. /liliSupport the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. /liliAssist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. /liliMaintain accurate and organized financial documentation and digital records. /liliEnsure compliance with Italian accounting standards, tax laws, and internal control procedures. /liliCollaborate with external consultants, auditors, and tax advisors when required. /liliMonitor and report on cash flow, outstanding balances, and vendor accounts. /liliSupport the Finance Director and the General Manager in cost tracking, inventory accounting, and departmental budget follow-up. /liliContribute to the continuous improvement of administrative and financial processes. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongQualifications /strong /pulliDegree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. /liliProven experience (at least 2 years) in a similar accounting role, preferably in the hospitality or service industry. /liliSolid understanding of accounting principles and Italian tax regulations. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with accounting software (e.g., Zucchetti, Oracle, SAP, or similar) is an advantage. /liliStrong attention to detail and accuracy. /liliExcellent organizational and time-management skills. /liliAbility to work independently as well as part of a team. /liliIntegrity, confidentiality, and a problem-solving mindset. /liliFluency in Italian and English (spoken and written). /liliLegal right to work in Italy. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppemThe selection will take place after reading the information notice according to Art. 13 EU Reg. 679/2016.
