The Finance & Accounting team at Grafton, a global professional recruitment brand, is looking for Riello S.p.A., an important company active in the heating and air conditioning sector, a:

Transfer Pricing Specialist

Main responsibilities:

- Support the Manager in establishing and revising intercompany transfer prices among Group affiliates;
- Monitor the segmented P&L; of Group affiliates throughout the year;
- Support the Manager in analyzing and defining intercompany transfer pricing adjustments (e.g., royalties, management fees);
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders and data owners across the organization to analyze data and understand business developments;
- Support the Manager in APA/MAP procedures, analyses for tax incentive/vantaggi purposes, as well as corporate reorganizations and extraordinary transactions and their impact on transfer pricing;
- Draft and maintain intercompany agreements;
- Support transfer pricing compliance activities;
- Support the integration of newly acquired companies/entities from a transfer pricing perspective.

Requirements

- Master’s degree in Economics or another relevant discipline;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to work at a fast pace;
- Fluency in English and Italian;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with ERP/IT systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar applications.
