Role Description We’re looking for a
Junior EV Charging Systems Specialist
to join our fast-paced Project Delivery Operations team. This is an entry-level position designed for someone eager to grow in a digital and sustainable business. You’ll contribute directly to the reliability, automation, and scalability of our core systems and services.
Key Responsibilities: Support the commissioning and registration of new CPO sites Perform configurations and updates in our Charging Station Management System (CSMS) Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy Troubleshoot issues or escalate to the appropriate teams Automate repetitive tasks using Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Build and manage usage reports using Power Query Analyze competitor apps and propose new feature requests Collaborate on the integration of product add-ons for the Italian market Maintain internal dashboards and contribute to continuous process improvement
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or technical diploma (STEM preferred) Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Query) Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Good communication skills and teamwork mindset Proficiency in English (B1+ level) Passion for sustainability, digital tools, and electric mobility
