The Technical Program Manager role will be a key part of supporting electrification across our network.
The Technical Program Manager will own the supplier quality workstream across our electrical infrastructure equipment portfolio. This includes building tools to intake issues across the equipment’s lifecycle, resolving those issues, performing pareto exercises on problems, and developing solutions during the installation phase and supplier base for improvement, including sparing strategies for the network. The TPM will develop this strategy, evaluate trade‑offs, and drive broad alignment with key stakeholders.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain the supplier quality roadmap for electrical infrastructure equipment.
- Verify Amazon quality standards are met at suppliers through in‑person and remote audits.
- Define and roll out incoming inspection/first article inspection plans.
- Monitor and report on supplier performance quality metrics and actions. Lead supplier quality issue resolution in partnership with engineering, construction and commissioning teams.
- Develop and support suppliers with quality improvement initiatives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Provide a feedback mechanism from suppliers to internal teams on joint quality issues. Work on concurrent projects, sometimes in multiple geographical regions.
- Develop network spare strategies to support electrical power distribution products powering 100K EVs.

You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, develop innovative quality management tools, and create strategic solutions that ensure the reliability and performance of our electric vehicle charging network.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
- Experience managing programs across cross‑functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
- 5+ years of analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentation experience.
- 5+ years of manufacturing, process, industrial engineering experience.
- 3+ years of quality assurance team management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing projects across cross‑functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.
- Experience defining KPIs/SLA’s used to drive multi‑million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
- Expert knowledge in manufacturing processes, ISO‑9000, quality control plans and failure analysis or problem solving methodologies.

- USA, CA, San Francisco – 171,000.00 – 231,400.00 USD annually.
- USA, TN, Nashville – 141,300.00 – 191,100.00 USD annually.
- USA, WA, Bellevue – 148,700.00 – 201,200.00 USD annually.
