Ph3MANUFACTURING ENGINEER - AEROSPACE AREA /h3 pAs a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be involved in all manufacturing engineering activities of the Casaletto Vaprio plant: ensure alignment of production data with the customer design and develop a culture of quality, safety and EHS for the Aerospace production. You will develop operational excellence according to the site’s strategy and define manufacturing processes of the plant, by optimization and efficiency of people, materials and equipment. /p h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liMaster’s Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Process Engineering or equivalent /li li3‑4 years of experience in Manufacturing / Process Engineering /li liSolid experience in reading technical drawings/specifications, including identification of Key Characteristics (KC) /li liExperience with Metrology, ASME tolerances or equivalent /li liCAD knowledge with Catia V5 or similar /li liExcellent knowledge and use of the full Microsoft Office suite /li liItalian C1 (native speaker preferred) and English B2 /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liProblem solving /li liStrong team player, especially across different functions /li liQuality, results and continuous improvement oriented /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul li3‑4 years of experience in EN 9100 (or ideally Part 21) /li liExperience in transparencies manufacturing processes and the main processes involved (forming, machining, lamination, bonding and painting) /li liLean Manufacturing experience, Six Sigma Green Belt /li liAdditional languages at a minimum B1 level /li /ul h3How we work /h3 pAt PPG, we bring teams together to accelerate collaboration and career development, with in‑person work Monday through Thursday and the opportunity to work remotely on Flexible Fridays.
