Your Role We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Online Client Advisor to boost our sales by delivering a premium, personalized remote shopping experience through phone, chat, email, and digital tools. You will be the first point of contact for both B2C and B2B clients, helping them choose the best wellness solutions based on their goals. You’ll guide customers through the purchase journey, respond to inquiries, follow up on marketing leads, and contribute to building strong, long-term relationships. You will also play a key role in supporting our omnichannel strategy by managing CRM data, gathering market feedback, and ensuring customer satisfaction from first contact to product delivery. Your Impact Achieve direct and indirect sales targets for the different lines of business, including Digital Solutions Manage inbound interactions (calls, chat, email…) for both B2B and B2C customers, with attention and speed, offering tailored solutions Manage outbound activities on customer base and prospects across all lines of business, and engage new contacts in Commercial segments Build long-term relationships with customers through value-oriented proposals Provide high-quality online assistance, guiding customers to the best product/service Handle daily back-office tasks (e.g., quotations, task updates, appointment creations across sales channels) Maintain accurate and complete data in the CRM system Provide market feedback to improve offerings, process, and services Support marketing campaigns and initiatives Oversee the process from order to delivery and installation, checking satisfaction and upselling additional products or services where applicable Support all additional activities needed to properly cover the assigned responsibilities About You Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You are a driven and consultative salesperson with excellent communication skills, caring approach and strong teamwork. You are cool-tempered and able to handle rejection. What You Should Bring Proven experience in phone sales techniques Experience in Luxury Sales and/or Customer Service environments for specialized Home sales, or in Commercial sales roles For Commercial: familiarity with business purchasing behaviors involving longer decision-making processes, multiple stakeholders, and focus on long-term value and ROI For Home: excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an understanding of consumer purchasing habits, often influenced by emotional drivers and requiring seamless decision-making Long-term customer relationship approach Familiarity with digital tools and CRM systems Fluent in English (mandatory) Fluent in Spanish (mandatory) Excellent written, oral & listening skills Proactive, enthusiastic, and with a problem-solving mindset Bachelor’s Degree preferred Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus Technogym is an Equal Opportunities Employer Technogym is an equal opportunities employer.
