Admin Specialist Job Description
Location: Brescia, Italy
* Manage administrative affairs to ensure efficient operation of office processes.
* Coordinate office resources, including procurement and management of equipment and supplies.
* Organize company meetings and activities.
Document Management
Manage company documents to ensure completeness and retrievability.
* Supervise archiving, updating, and confidentiality of documents.
* Omit redundant documents and optimize the document management process.
Facility Management
Manage the office environment and facilities to ensure safety and comfort.
* Supervise maintenance and improvement of workplace facilities.
* Respond to emergency situations related to facilities.
Finance
Support financial operations, including:
* Expense reimbursement using the Kingdee system.
* Invoice management, deducting eligible input invoices.
* Annual tax audit assistance.
* Certificate annual review.
* Other declarations to government agencies.
* Policymonitoring.
* Banking matters, including account management.
* Document archiving.
* External communication.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* College or above education, majoring in accounting or financial management.
* More than 2-3 years experience in admin or finance.
* Familiarity with local accounting standards and tax rules.
* Accounting qualification.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/accounting software.
* Fluent English skills.
Benefits
This position offers a gross monthly salary of 1888€, as well as an annual bonus equivalent to one month's salary.
