Italian-Speaking Scrum Master | Remote | Tempo parziale Opportunity (Mornings) We’re working with a leading global digital customer experience and technology consultancy to find an Italian-speaking Scrum Master to join a high-impact project within the banking sector (data hub environment). This is a fully remote, part-time role (mornings) with an urgent start. Rate is negotiable. What we’re looking for: Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master Strong Agile & Scrum expertise with a proven ability to drive adoption and delivery Experience supporting Product Owners, managing backlogs, and facilitating team events Ability to coach teams and foster an agile mindset Confident in removing blockers and enabling teams to deliver value Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration Experience with Scrum ceremonies (Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, etc.) Ability to define and monitor KPIs (team performance & delivery metrics) Familiarity with Jira Strong relationship-building skills within squads and wider organisations Additional expertise required: Knowledge of Lean/Agile Portfolio Management frameworks Strong grounding in the following soft skills: Effective communication, active listening & empathy Servant leadership Time management, adaptability & conflict resolution Critical thinking Delivery and measurement orientation Key responsibilities: Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum principles Support delivery processes including Sprint Backlogs, DoD, and progress reviews Monitor and report on Scrum KPIs and team performance Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution Provide ongoing coaching to develop team Agile maturity Soft skills that matter: Excellent communication, active listening & empathy Servant leadership mindset Strong time management, adaptability & conflict resolution Critical thinking and a delivery-focused approach Interested?
