About the role
We are expanding our Italian People & Culture team which is focused on building and delivering top class HR services for the local market. We are looking for somebody who will help us lead the People Operations, HR admin and support to (external) payroll processes activities.
* The role's key responsibilities include :
* Taking ownership of all People Ops and HR Admin activity - following the employee’s lifecycle from an admin perspective
* Partnering with the external payroll provider in order to smoothly run the monthly pay-cycle - including time and attendance management - and social contribution duties
* Acting as a SME for all local HR ops and HR admin topics
* Participating in the selection, implementation and maintenance of the HRIS
* Benefits and perks management (ie meal cards, company cars, etc.)
* Continuously improve HR admin processes
* Provide reports and analysis on headcount and labour cost
What we would like you to have
Besides an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to deal with constant change, we would like you to have :
* Relevant experience working in HR operations / HR admin
* Knowledge of the Commercio (Metalmeccanico is a plus) CBA and of the Labour and HR provisions and regulations
* Business fluency in English
* Experience in an industrial / blue collar environment
