This position involves the development, monitoring, and management of project schedules, ensuring alignment with customer standards and practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project scheduling, particularly within large, multi-level, international projects in a pharmaceutical or similar regulated industry.Your Key responsibilities:Schedule Development ManagementDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules for various phases of the project lifecycle, ranging from master schedules to detailed level 4 schedules: In essence, your role is to develop a schedule for the client activities (OQ- PQ – PPQ – documents etc.).Facilitate interactive planning sessions to develop integrated schedules and identify potential risksIntegrate schedules with EPCM contractor schedules to create a unified project timelineChallenge and validate schedules provided by external contractors and engineering office (Design – Construction – Commissioning)Monitoring and reportingRegularly monitor project progress against the established schedule and report any discrepancies or delays to the Project ManagerConduct schedule analysis to identify the critical path and optimize project timelinesProvide regular status updates and progress reports to the Project Manager and other stakeholdersParticipate in risk management exercises to assess the schedule impact of identified risks and develop mitigation plansStakeholder communicationEnsure all project team members are aware of the project schedule status, particularly at key milestones and c
