Job Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of the company and department's merchandise operation management system, execute standard inventory management for European market stores, reduce the risk of stockouts and overstock, improve store category structure, control reasonable turnover, and enhance company performance; research and analyze terminal information to uncover product potential.
1. Monitor daily performance progress against monthly targets for managed stores, allocate goods reasonably to promote the achievement of performance goals.
2. Execute product allocation plans based on terminal sales needs, check the rationality of product distribution in each store, quickly respond to and adjust deviations, continuously improve turnover, and maintain a balance between supply and sales.
3. Regularly investigate and analyze terminal inventory and sales conditions, uncover product sales potential through market research.
4. Collect market feedback information, assist various merchandise departments in adjusting product strategies, and implement merchandise operation strategies.
5. Develop store display standards based on store location characteristics and sales traits, analyze and optimize store category structure.
6. Analyze store merchandise conditions according to product display standards and operation plans, organize and supervise store execution, coordinate regions to accelerate product turnover.
7. Analyze and predict store sales trends based on market changes and terminal sales data, and reasonably formulate periodic replenishment plans.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with experience in data analysis and statistics preferred.
2. Strong market observation skills and data sensitivity.
3. Proficient in office software, capable of basic data analysis using EXCEL, SQL, etc.
4. Excellent communication, execution, stress resistance, patience, and collaboration skills.
5. Identify with company culture, possess team spirit, and be willing to travel to European countries.
