Ti preghiamo di leggere l'informativa sulla privacy Randstad (https://www.randstad.it/privacy/) ai sensi dell'art. 13 del Regolamento (UE) 2016/679 sulla protezione dei dati (GDPR).Key Responsibilities:Manage export shipments (groupage with showcases, customer collection, forwarders);Organizing retrofit shipments with customer services and facilities;Ask the carrier for any notices of dispute not received and enter freight dispute orders if necessary;Study carriers' price offers to best meet the needs of domestic and export customers;Invoicing processes and instruct the customs broker for the export formalities;Arrange loading of trucks (transport, excluding courier services);Complete export documents (customs documents);Completing delivery notes for internal customers (special booklet);Complete import documents and manage import operationGive instructions to a customs broker (check customs documents and provide correct information for the import formalities);Handling customer complaints (quality and quantity) and passing on information and corrective actions to internal customers;Respect the customer's requests for deadlines (express, gold, special transport);Dealing with various back offices and work in synergy with different countries and cultures.
