Great, here’s what E80 Group has to offer. /p pWe are looking for a bSolution Delivery Manager /b who will join the Project Management department, which oversees and coordinates all aspects of the project, from budget planning and scheduling to final testing and commissioning at the customer’s site. /p pThe bSolution Delivery Manager /b will be accountable for the project software implementation within the established times and quality, creating the conditions for its most effective and efficient integration with the Automation and Key Users in the plant, where the E80 solution will operate. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage the end-to-end delivery of the software solution, overseeing requirements from definition to final go-live. /li liPlan and coordinate development, testing, integration, and release activities across multiple software teams. /li liOwn and maintain the solution backlog, ensuring requirements traceability across internal builds and on-site release sprints. /li liRefine and prioritize backlog items in collaboration with the Business Analyst and Development Team Leaders. /li liAllocate and schedule team activities across build and release iterations, considering project deadlines, team capacity, and functional specification readiness. /li liManage functional and timeline dependencies across departments involved in the software delivery pipeline. /li liPromote incremental functional releases through small and frequent deployments to reduce risks and anticipate integration issues. /li liFacilitate cross-team coordination to perform critical integration tests before the on-site release phase. /li liLead iteration reviews, demos, and retrospectives to validate solution progress, gather feedback, and identify potential risks for installation and future operations. /li liCoordinate and supervise integration activities with external systems interacting with the E80 solution. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Automation Engineering, or related fields /li liExperience in software project management or in the delivery of complex IT solutions /li liKnowledge of Agile, Lean, and DevOps principles applied to software development /li liFamiliarity with test automation, continuous integration, and test-driven development practices /li liAbility to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage dependencies across development activities /li liStrong customer-oriented mindset and focus on delivering customer value /li liProactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and results orientation /li liStrong communication and collaborative leadership skills /li liExcellent knowledge of the English language /li /ul h3What's In It For You /h3 ul liPermanent full-time contract /li liSalary based on experience /li liUp to 40% monthly of smart working /li /ul h3Not just a job, but Career growth /h3 pOur steady year-on-year growth fosters a culture of talent development where we constantly create opportunities for you to learn, grow, and feel empowered to reach your full potential, no matter which career path you choose. /p h3E80 World Academy /h3 pBe prepared to be impressed by our innovative training and learning programs.
