Reporting to the Chief Scientific Officer, we are looking for a hands-on Medical Manager/Advisor to drive international medical activities and support evidence generation. This is an execution-focused role in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
What you'll doSupport clinical studies (sponsor and/or investigator-initiated): planning, site engagement, timelines, tracking milestonesCollaborate with Chief Scientifica Officer/Regulatory/QA on protocols, materials, publications and medical writing (with external support when needed)Identify opportunities for post-market evidence generation and real-world data projectsBuild and manage KOL relationships in obesity/metabolic health across key marketsPlan and execute Advisory Boards, roundtables, scientific exchange meetingsCreate and deliver scientific training for internal teams, external stakeholders (HCPs, Partners)Support congresses/symposia: content preparation, scientific messagingReview and ensure scientific accuracy of materials in partnership with Marketing and Compliance
What you bringScientific degree (MD, PharmD, Biology, Biotech, or related). PhD is a plusTypically 3–7 years in Medical Affairs and/or Clinical Operations (pharma or medical device)Strong ability to interpret clinical data and translate it into clear insightsFluent English and Italian; comfortable working internationally (other language is considered a plus)Proactive, resilient, "get-things-done" attitudeLearning mindset, entrepreneurial spiritWillingness to travel internationally
