Responsibilities
The high-performing Global Business Solutions Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, data analytics, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally.
The Strategy Manager will join the Global Monetization Strategy & Operations team in Southern Europe. This organized and efficient professional must be flexible and able to wear multiple hats while working closely with cross-functional teams and prioritizing team needs. This role focuses on Strategy, Reporting, Projects, and Research. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify potential improvements and proactively develop solutions to enhance processes.
Responsibilities
1. Develop yearly and quarterly commercial strategies, including revenue goals, strategic initiatives (what), and tactics (how).
2. Drive reporting & analytics: create dashboards and insightful reports, and recommend actionable solutions to foster business growth.
3. Conceptualize and implement regional projects, such as identifying areas for improvement and leading change initiatives to generate impact.
4. Conduct research and market sizing of industries, business models, products, and customers, deriving actionable recommendations.
5. Partner closely with SEU senior and mid-management and collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate their perspectives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
* Experience in top-tier consulting or high-growth companies; experience in digital business models, media, and digital advertising is a plus.
* Self-starter with the ability to deliver goals with minimal supervision, strong time management skills, and adaptability to changing environments.
* Comfort with ambiguity and working in a cross-cultural environment; quick learner capable of developing in-depth industry knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Structured thinker capable of addressing complex problems and developing pragmatic, impactful solutions.
* Ability to drive stakeholder decisions, defend unpopular opinions, and moderate differing viewpoints.
* Fluent in English and Italian or Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, as this role involves working with local stakeholders.
