THE ROLEYou will play a
key role in building and evolving Holifya's technology platform.This is a hands-on role for a strong full-stack engineer who enjoys shipping high-impact features and working closely with product, design, and founders in a fast-paced startup environment.You won't be expected to "own everything" — but you will be expected to contribute meaningfully, think critically, and ship with high standards.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN:You will contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our core product:Develop and maintain features across the full stackBackend: Supabase / PostgreSQLFrontend: React / TypeScriptMobile: React NativeInfrastructure: Vercel (AWS legacy environment)Translate product requirements into scalable and maintainable codeCollaborate closely with founders, design, and data teamsContribute to architectural discussions and suggest improvementsIntegrate third-party services (Stripe, Cal.com, lab systems, insurance APIs)Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standardsHelp optimize performance, reliability, and developer experienceSupport implementation of AI-powered features within the product (e.g. automation tools, data-driven personalization)You will focus on execution, quality, and iteration speed.
WHAT WE LOOK FORNon-negotiables:Milan-based (in person ~3 days/week)3–5 years of experience in full-stack developmentStrong experience with TypeScript and ReactSolid backend experience (Node.js environment, PostgreSQL)Experience building and shipping production features end-to-endExperience working with third-party API integrationsPreference for working in fast-paced startup environmentsHigh proficiency in English (Italian strongly preferred)High ownership mindset and strong attention to detail
Strong plus / nice to have (not mandatory):Experience in early-stage startupsExperience in healthtech, telemedicine, fintech, or regulated industriesExperience with Supabase or similar BaaSExposure to AI-powered features or automation toolsFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel)
