We are seeking a people-oriented and motivated Operations Manager to oversee and optimize all regional activities in Italy, Greece and Türkiye, ensuring best-in-class service delivery and financial performance. /p pAs Operations Manager, you will be key to putting both local and regional service strategies into action, managing the day-to-day work, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. /p pYou will manage a dedicated team of long-serving professionals specialized in MacGregor’s comprehensive range of equipment for seagoing vessels, including Cranes, RoRo systems, Deck Machinery, Steering Gears, and Hatch Covers. /p h3More Tasks And Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and implement strategic business plans and actively research and drive business development opportunities /li liPL responsibility for local operations, including financial reporting /li liOrganize operations and optimize Engineer utilization /li liImprove and maintain the motivation and skills of employees, developing a strong teamwork spirit. /li liProvide operative day-to-day management for the service team members /li liSet performance targets for direct reports and drive team performance /li liContinuously monitor and develop efficiency, productivity, quality focus, and performance. /li /ul pReporting directly to the Operations Director, Europe located in the Netherlands.
