The role ensures both properties reflect the brand ́s high standards while aligning with Italy ́s labor laws and global hospitality best practices. /ppbMain responsibilities /b /pulliImplement and lead a proactive, integrated HR strategy aligned with business goals for both locations. /liliAct as a strategic advisor to the senior leadership team on workforce planning, organizational design and cultural initiatives. /liliEnsure adherence to Italian Labor Law and SHG ́s global HR policies. /liliDesign and implement localized HR policies tailored to Milan ́s regulatory and operational context /liliLead recruitment initiatives for Palazzo Cordusio Torre Velasca to attract top hospitality talent aligned with luxury service standards. /liliOversee onboarding and induction processes to embed the SHG culture /liliRoll out and execute Performance Management systems to drive accountability results. /liliPromote a positive employee relations climate and handle grievances and disciplinary processes. /liliConduct exit interviews and present trend analysis to leadership. /liliManage insurance, welfare programs and salary structures /liliDesign property-specific training programs and roll out corporate ones /liliSupport training initiatives for Italian labor law compliance, brand standards and safety. /liliEnsure efficient use of HRIS in the region /liliSupervise Time Attendance, leave management and payroll coordination /liliManage legal compliance and administrative processes, including coordination with legal counsel, oversight of work permits, and operational efficiency across locations. /li /ulpbQualifications /b /pliDegree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Hospitality or similar. /liliMinimum 8-10 years of experience in the field of hospitality in management level (ideally in restaurants and hotels). /liliStrongworking knowledge of Italian employment law. /liliFluent in Italian and English. /liliFlexible person with availability to adapt. /liliStrong organizational and multitasking abilities. /lipbBenefits /b /pliCompetitive Salary /liliDiscounts Across Sunset's Venues and More : Experience the Sunset lifestyle to the fullest with exclusive discounts at all our venues and beyond. /liliCareer Growth Opportunities : Your professional journey is our priority.
