Our client is a leading multinational group operating in the automotive sector. We are looking for the: PLANT HR MANAGER that will be responsible to develop and to implement HR strategies and plans that are aligned and integrated with the business and overall organization. Key Responsibilities: Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation. Work closely with management to identify, prioritize and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures and processes. Actively coach managers in people management practices Manage and monitor HR processes: employee relations, implementation of organizational design, Talent & Performance, Culture & Engagement agendas, programs and practices. Ensure compliance with employment related laws and regulations; support rollout of compliance initiatives and provide counsel to management in regards to local employment law and legislation changes. Identifies training needs for business units and individual career coaching needs. Analyze data and provide recommendations to improve processes, employee engagement and policy alignment across the business. Education and Experience: progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions. Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including staffing, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
