About the Role
Are you passionate about optimizing production processes and driving operational excellence? Join our team as an Industrial Engineering Senior Specialist, reporting directly to the Industrial Engineering Manager. You’ll play a key role in improving efficiency and supporting continuous improvement initiatives on a dedicated production line.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare routings and identify sub-phases
2. Define cycle times, describe phases, and perform task element clocking
3. Analyze component feeding and prepare OPL/SOP documentation
4. Design, select, procure, and train on tools for material presentation and production
5. Design processes for standard logistic handling units
6. Organize materials at the line side
7. Balance production lines using WCM (World Class Manufacturing) methods
8. Analyze and implement kaizen activities to reduce Non-Value-Adding Activities (NVA)

11. Clocking methods for standard time definition (Advance)
