PbThis role in summary /b /ppLocated in Cassinetta (VA) and reporting to the Financial Site Manager, the Plant Controlling Specialist acts as the financial business partner of plant management, supporting strategic decision-making through financial planning, performance monitoring, and cost analysis. /ppThe role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams (Operations, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Quality) and interfaces with the central finance to ensure alignment with Company standards and business objectives. /ppbr/ppbYour responsibilities will include /b /pulliProviding accurate reporting on production costs and variances, preparing and analyzing monthly financial reports, including variance analysis vs. budget and forecast ensuring compliance with BU deadlines. /liliLead budgeting and forecasting annual processes at the plant level in coordination with central finance. /liliMonitor plant costs, margins, and KPIs to support operational efficiency and decision-making. /liliEnsure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. /liliAct as a liaison between plants and central finance for reporting, audits, and planning cycles. /li /ulpbr/ppbMinimum requirements /b /pulliMaster’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. /liliAt least 1-3 years of experience in Controlling department or accounting firm, preferably in manufacturing companies /liliFluent in Italian and English Languages (written/spoken) /liliExcellent analytical and communication skills /liliProficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel /liliSAP ERP good knowledge /liliAbility to work proactively and autonomously, with a strong team working mindset /liliPower BI knowledge would be considered a plus. /li /ulpbr/ppbAdditional information /b /pulliOpportunity to act as a key contributor to plant strategic decisions with a tangible impact on performance. /liliChallenge in balancing operational needs with financial discipline and corporate requirements. /liliSupporting the digitalization and automation of financial reporting tools. /liliThe Plant Controlling Specialist ensures transparency and integrity of financial data, driving continuous improvement in processes and efficiency. /li /ulpbr/ppWe are an equal opportunity employer.
