Investments Finance Manager – Hospitality & Real Estate Assets
Turin base (some of the time - if you live in Milan that's fine too) with extensive travel throughout northern Italy.
We are working with a privately owned investment platform managing a portfolio of hospitality and lifestyle real estate assets in northern Italy, including hotels, villas, event-led assets, and development projects.
This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial finance role working directly with investors and owners. It is not a traditional corporate controller position. Instead, the focus is on cash flow visibility, asset performance, OPEX / CAPEX control, investment analysis, and coordinating with external accountants and banking partners. Strong entrepreneurial instincts are necessary for the role.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor portfolio cash flow, liquidity, OPEX, CAPEX, and P&L performance Support financial oversight across operating hospitality assets and development projects Prepare analysis and business cases to support investor decision-making Act as the key in-house interface with external accountants / fiduciary support Help improve financial visibility, reporting, and control across the portfolio Support bank / financing relationships and broader financial operations What We’re Looking For
Strong finance / FP&A / controlling / asset finance background Experience in real estate
(100% required), and real estate portfolios in the hospitality sector are of special interest! Comfortable with cash flow, forecasting, performance analysis, and investment support Good understanding of the Italian finance / accounting / tax environment Hands-on and comfortable working in a lean, non-corporate setup Strongly preferred: CPA / ACCA / CFA, and/or hospitality asset exposure
This is an excellent opportunity for a finance specialist with experience in investments and real estate to challenge themselves in a fast-moving, family-run business where entrepreneurial and “can-do” attitudes are highly valued. The role is very hands-on, and you will have the opportunity to shape the financial framework for future investments across the whole portfolio. Stakeholder management (investors, developers, internal) is also very much part of the role.
