About the JobCRM Intern for the Digital & Data Team based in Milan.Job Description
Creation, configuration, and monitoring of CRM campaigns.Support in customer database segmentation using demographic, behavioral, and purchase‐based criteria.Analysis of campaign performance and preparation of KPI reports (open rate, CTR, conversions, churn, retention).Updating and maintenance of the customer database, ensuring data quality and consistency.Support in designing automated customer journeys.Contribution to the development of customer engagement and loyalty strategies.Content creation for CRM campaigns.Collaboration with e‐commerce, digital, marketing, and IT teams on cross‐functional activities.
About You
Background in marketing or economics studies.Knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud).Strong interest in CRM, digital marketing, and data‐driven strategies.
