Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the quality department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality.
Your primary focus will be on managing and improving our company's procedures, with a particular emphasis on suppliers and customers. You will also contribute to ensuring compliance with quality standards.
In addition, you will provide support in maintaining our quality management system, ensuring adherence to legislative standards and company certifications.
You will also be involved in the process of integrating new ingredient and packaging supplies into our operations.
Other responsibilities include supporting internal and external audit activities and collecting and analyzing data for quality monitoring purposes.
Furthermore, you will play a key role in managing customer relationships, including handling complaints and conducting analysis to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in Food Science and Technology, Biology, or related field
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
* Excellent command of the English language (C1 level)
* Familiarity with HACCP protocols and SAP systems
