Position: Customer Support Representative
Location: Remote in Portugal
Market: Italian -Speaking
Your Main Responsibilities
As part of the Customer Service Operations team, you will:
* Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and calls
* Handle support tickets related to general queries, refunds, or incomplete services
* Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication
* Perform back-office tasks that may involve outbound calls
* Conduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback, and support customer success
* Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
* Achieve performance goals and respect deadlines
* Provide operational feedback and escalate cases when needed
Salary Package With & Without Accommodation
Whats Offered
* Salary: Up to 1,000 + performance & complexity bonus gross/monthly (14 salaries per year)
* Relocation Support (exceptional, for candidates moving from abroad)
Accommodation Option:
Studio apartment in a company shared building for up to 12 months
Rent: 280/month, all utilities included (deducted from payslip)
Working Conditions
* 40 hours/week + 1 hour lunch break
* 22 vacation days per year
* If you work on a Portuguese public holiday, you receive a compensation day
