OverviewAdecco Italia Spa, divisione Permanent Recruitment Consulting, selects on behalf of client FIS- Fabbrica Italiana Sintetici S.p.A. the position of Senior Field Engineer to support the Engineering Team at the Plant in Montecchio Maggiore (VI). FIS is the first Italian company in the development and production of active ingredients and intermediates for the global pharmaceutical industry. Responsabilità
Responsible for executing assigned projects, collaborating with the Project Engineering Specialist to ensure functionality, cost and time compliance.
Provides site assistance during the project implementation, coordinating third‐party contractors, ensuring proper documentation and handling site problems.
Coordinates third‐party activities, guaranteeing work quality within contractual agreements; verifies technical and quantitative performance of contractors.
Ensures compliance with contractual, legal and internal regulations for contractor personnel; proposes disciplinary actions or removal from the site when violations occur.
Works with ST and Technical Procurement to correctly manage interferences between external contractors and FIS, including documentation required by law (DUVRI, D.Lgs.81 Titolo IV).
Supports the development and growth of CapEx Execution Specialists at the various sites.
Cosa cerchiamo
Mechanical engineering background – diploma and/or degree.
At least 5–10 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience managing construction sites and third‐party contractors.
Team‐work skills, contributing own expertise while supporting others to achieve people and results expectations.
