Overview
NewCold Ferentino is NewCold’s automated cold storage facility. It will be operated to support the production and supply chain activities of leading food processors in the region. The empowered NewCold Ferentino operations team is responsible to safely operate and maintain the state-of-the-art coldstore and to provide excellent logistics services to our customers.
Responsibilities
* The Maintenance Coordinator is in charge of maintenance and electrical aspects of machineries and entire site, facilities and equipment's included
* The availability of machinery and equipment must always be more than 95%
* 100% focus on planned inspections and maintenance
* Critical spare parts availability and 99% inventory compliance
* Full availability of technical documentation, completeness of control sheets, registers and reports
* What will you do?
* Ensure all electrical and mechanical systems are maintained and functioning to a high level to meet maximum operational
* Preventive plans by maintenance program
* Check records of preventive maintenance tasks completed and report any variations vs. plan
* Have high quality for work instructions, labor, parts and costs
* Guarantee all routine works are planned and scheduled and any breakdown is carried out in such a way to minimize operational disruption
* Monitoring and compliance of the sections planning and budgeting process
* Monitor work, operating and maintenance costs and lead corrective action to ensure compliance with agreed budget
* Manage a good inventory of spare parts, tools and equipment according to the necessity and the targets
* Reply efficiently to breakdown conditions to minimize equipment downtime
* Liaise with key stakeholders to identify the impact of breakdown events on Customer Service and mitigate accordingly
* Under breakdown conditions, advise management about options to resolve
* Plan a regular reporting structure on technical operations
* Able to successfully set priorities and use the systems available to ensure that plans and schedule are optimized
* Ability to evaluate and manage height operations and rescue
* Ensure team is trained, skilled and able to fulfill their duties (according to the rescue at heights)
* Follow all company rules about quality requirements every time
* Ensuring mitigation of any risk of incidentsFollow all procedures and reporting requirements in relation to legislation and the company QHSE policies and working instructions
