You will be responsible for preventive, routine, and breakdown maintenance across all production systems, including 3D printing, CNC machining, injection moulding, and vacuum casting. You will work closely with the Production Manager, Quality Manager, and Department Team Leaders, actively contributing to continuous improvement and cost‑saving initiatives. /p h3Why This Role Matters /h3 ul liEnsure maximum uptime across a diverse range of advanced manufacturing systems /li liDrive continuous improvement and cost‑saving initiatives /li liSupport facility safety and compliance with health and safety regulations /li liServe as a key partner to Production, Quality, and Department Team Leaders /li liActively manage and resolve mechanical, electrical, and facility issues /li /ul h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liCarry out preventive, routine, and breakdown maintenance on 3D printing machines (SLA, SLS, DLP, and DMP systems) /li liManage the Preventive Maintenance Plan in line with manufacturer‑specified cycles and parameters /li liDiagnose mechanical, electrical, electronic, and optical faults on production systems and respond promptly to minimise downtime /li liCalibrate machine process parameters and manage the Additive Manufacturing spare parts inventory, collaborating with procurement /li liLiaise with OEMs and technical service providers (e.g., 3D Systems, EOS, Stratasys, Desktop Metal) for specialist interventions /li liPerform maintenance on CNC machining centres, injection moulding presses, and vacuum casting systems /li liEnsure the correct operation of general facility systems (electrical, pneumatic, air conditioning, process fluids) /li liCoordinate and supervise external contractors and maintenance providers /li liVerify compliance with health and safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/2008) and manage PPE and workshop safety procedures /li liManage fault reports through the internal ticketing system and update technical plant documentation /li liParticipate in continuous improvement projects, Root Cause Analysis, and monitor maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, machine availability, costs) /li liSupport the implementation of predictive maintenance practices (condition monitoring, vibration analysis, thermography) /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liTechnical diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent /li li3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance roles, preferably in advanced or high‑technology manufacturing environments /li liIn‑depth knowledge of at least one 3D printing technology (SLA, SLS, DLP, DMP) with direct hands‑on experience highly preferred /li liSolid mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic maintenance skills on industrial machinery /li liWorking knowledge of CNC systems (3/5‑axis) and associated maintenance; familiarity with injection moulding/vacuum casting is a plus /li liAbility to read and interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics and technical documentation in Italian and English /li liFamiliarity with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS / GMAO) and maintenance planning tools /li liKnowledge of workplace health and safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/2008) /li liStrong problem‑solving mindset, flexibility to work outside normal hours for breakdowns, and a results‑oriented approach /li liTechnical‑level English (ability to read manuals and communicate with international suppliers) /li liSpecific technical certifications on AM systems (e.g., 3D Systems Certified Technician, EOS Service Training) are a strong advantage /li liWe welcome applications from individuals belonging to protected categories (Law 68/99) /li /ul h3Why You’ll Love It Here /h3 ul liA permanent, full‑time role within a global leader in advanced manufacturing in strong growth /li liA dynamic, international working environment driven by technological innovation /li liThe opportunity to work with a unique mix of advanced technologies: additive manufacturing, CNC machining, injection moulding, and vacuum casting /li liA structured training programme with access to technical training on AM systems and certifications from leading manufacturers /li liDirect involvement in facility improvement and development projects /li liOpportunities for professional growth in an inclusive and respectful workplace /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
