For our office in Cinisello Balsamo (MI), we are seeking a HR Assistant (Internship).
What You Will Do and Learn:
Under the supervision of the HR Manager, you will:
* Learn and practice company internal processes, HR policies, systems, platforms, and the organizational structure and functions of various departments.
* Assist in designing and managing training schedules, collecting and analyzing training needs, preparing training materials, and organizing employee training and empowerment sessions.
* Manage HR-related suppliers, evaluate service needs, and analyze quotations and budgets.
* Support labor safety regulations compliance, including organizing safety training, medical check-ups, and reporting.
* Conduct job needs analysis, create and publish job postings, and screen initial resumes.
* Apply fundamentals of employee communication psychology and analyze post-interaction feedback.
* Understand international HR management models and compliance standards.
* Plan and organize internal team-building events.
Candidate Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Human Resources or a related field.
* Native Italian speaker.
* Fluent in English (C1 level).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Knowledge of Italian labor law and CCNL Commercio.
