The position will cover the system analysis, design, testing, and deployment as part of the MAKE JJT Team, and will partner with the relevant Global Template Owners and Global Template Managers for the preparation of procedures, work instructions, and training to enable the new processes to be adopted together with the system capabilities. The Make JJT Lead Product Analyst will report directly into the Make JJT Technical Product Owner (TPO). This role will work collaboratively with other JJT Business Analysts, Global Template Owners, other Business Process Specialists and SMEs from different segments across the Innovative Medicine business, as well as Process and Technical Leads from other pillars and dependent systems and with resources from external vendors during the Design Phase. During the Build and Execution Phases, they will work in partnership with external vendor resources and with Business Owners on design issues/changes and work with a team of Business Process Specialists for the execution of testing, procedures, training, master data migration requirements, etc. During the deployment phase, they will collaborate with the Deployment team during the BST, UAT, and Cutover phases as well as during post Go Live issue resolution and will work with Business Owners on Change Management and Business Readiness activities to ensure flawless execution and minimal business interruption as well as providing Cutover and Hypercare support as required. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as a Business Analyst for the ERP SAP S/4HANA Process Order Management (POM) workstream i.e. SAP PP/PI module, joining the relevant Scrum Team. /li liShape and prioritize backlog, utilizing business expertise and understanding of customer needs, translate requirements into user stories acceptance criteria. /li liPartner with all Global Business Process Owners and Business Process Specialists for their business area to enhance and confirm User Stories. /li liSupport the MAKE Global Business Process Owner for the Manufacturing Execution System Integration model design, build, and deploy. /li liSupport and enable the Business Process standardisation efforts and the resolution of KDD (Key Design Decision). /li liOwn the high level functional design for the related area and support the integration design in collaboration with the Technical Architecture team. /li liIdentify any gaps on the expressed requirements and recommend appropriate solutions using standard system capabilities when possible. /li liSupport the Scrum team through program design, build, and test according to the principles of the Agile methodology. /li liResponsibilities include but are not limited to, Unit Testing, Feature Integration Testing, Business Simulation Testing (BST), System User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training material/ documentation preparation and implementation. /li liAct as part of the pool of MAKE JJT Business Analysis to support any other program activities as required. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liAct as part of the pool of MAKE JJT Business Analysis to support any other program activities as required. /li liMaster’s or bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of IT Business Analysis experience, preferably within pharma manufacturing, regulated industries, or complex industrial environments. /li /ul h3Experience And Skills /h3 ul liExperience in one or both of the following domains within SAP S/4HANA environment: ul liProcess order management (SAP PP/PI) with MES (PASX) integration preferable. /li liSAP Inventory management and eWM modules preferable. /li /ul /li liUnderstanding in Supply Chain Processes (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance and/or Master Data as well as Data and Analytics) is required. /li liUnderstanding the business process linkages across Make, Finance, Logistics -eWM, Master Data, including RD process is preferred. /li liExperience in a pharmaceutical IT Validated Environment (CSV, Technology Quality and similar) is an advantage. /li liCertifications in SAP S/4HANA and eWM are highly desirable; knowledge of MES PASX certification or equivalent is a plus. /li liUnderstanding of Site Systems Integration per per ISA-S95 Level-3 such as Manufacturing Execution Systems e.g. (Werum PAS-X, Emerson Syncade, etc.) and/or Laboratory Information Management Systems e.g. (LIMS) is an advantage. /li liUnderstanding of Product Labelling and Quality Management is an advantage. /li liExperience in Agile software as well as program deployment methodology including JIRA is an advantage. /li liFocuses on Business agility, Agile delivery with a fail-fast mindset, and measurable outcomes. /li liExecution experience in global/regional ERP transformation projects or base business/operational projects/programs in business analyst function is preferred. /li liExperience in collaborating with business subject matter experts is preferred. /li liStrong English verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills is required. /li liIM Transcend program is global and may require travel to work with the business (up to 20%). /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 p(No specific items listed under Required Skills.) /p h3Preferred Skills /h3 pAgile Product Development, Analytical Reasoning, Coaching, Collaborating, Competitive Landscape Analysis, Critical Thinking, Customer Alignment, Demand Forecasting, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Organizing, Product Development, Product Improvements, Product Strategies, Requirements Analysis, Research and Development, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Development Management, Stakeholder Management, Technical Credibility, Technical Writing, Technologically Savvy /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
