SEO strategy development: develop and execute a comprehensive global SEO strategy aligned with business objectives, in a global environment considering more than 5 brands across 20 websites. - Conduct regular website audits to identify and address technical SEO issues and CRO opportunities, collaborating with development teams to ensure site performance. - Leverage on a data-driven approach to address landing pages and related campaigns enhancements to improve conversion rate globally. - Supporting the team to identify A/B tests opportunities and related evolutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including country digital manager/specialist, brand team and media agency to ensure alignment on lead generation strategies. - Conduct research to understand target audience, competition and industry trends to develop effective product roadmap, CRO and SEO strategies, using internal and external tools (SimilarWeb, Google Market Insights, etc.) - Staying up-to-date with the latest SEO and CRO trends, algorithms, and best practices. Your ProfileGeneral & Technical Skills: - 2-3 years of hands-on experience in global SEO and web optimization - Fluent in English, both written and oral - Proficient in using SEO tools like Google Search Console and SemRush. - Sophisticated Analytical Skills with the ability to derive insights from data to support the product roadmap - Appreciated experience with Adobe Experience Cloud platforms (AEM, Analytics, Target) - Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion optimization strategies. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Master's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field Managerial Skills and Personal Characteristics - Passionate about digital lead generation opportunities across different channels - Data-driven decision-maker who is organized and detail-oriented - Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude - Proactive mindset to discover and define new opportunities - Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
