Learning & Training Delivery Expert (m/w/d)
We are looking for a dedicated Learning & Training Delivery Expert who will bring passion, structure, and creativity to the design and delivery of our training programs.
Responsibilities:
Assess training needs in collaboration with managers and departments
Design, plan, and deliver training programs (in-person & digital)
Evaluate and continuously improve training effectiveness
Select and coordinate external training providers
Improve the usage of the Learning Management System in cooperation with the Würth Group, develop and maintain training materials, e-learning content adding innovative educational formats
Support onboarding of new employees through structured training plans
Contribute to the creation of HR-content for our intranet in cooperation with the Marketing
Requirements:
Degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
Experience in designing and delivering corporate training programs
Confident handling of digital learning platforms and knowledge of modern training methods
Strong communication skills, empathy and a good sense for people
Structured and independent working style
Excellent German, Italian and English language skills, both written and spoken
