The Trade Marketing Specialist, will support the use specific marketing strategies and media to launch and position products and services in a sector. In this role, you will help coordinate market plans and launch programs to create demand and maximize sales of a specific product, product line or product area. As Trade Marketing Specialist you will be develop materials and launch of local exhibitions, trade fairs, events, local conferences for all species in retail. You will be part of our Animal Feed and Nutrition business. We are offering permanent role. You will be based in our office in Fiorenzuola D'Arda. Hybrid working can be discussed after the introduction. Key Accountabilities Plan, create and produce marketing, advertising and sales promotion materials to implement marketing strategies and sales objectives. Produce informational material for the sales force and communications media to reach maximum number of customers and prospects. Develop and implement all point of sales materials and the merchandising store set up. Support in social media and web site content. Participate in the evaluation, developing and launch of promotion and loyalty programs and in their measuring. Collaborate with the area sales managers and sales agents, support customer analysis for individuals or groups of customers using relevant marketing tools. Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or equivalent experience. - Fluent in English. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Knowledge of current trade marketing trends, preferably on the consumer market and some knowledge of promotional mechanism relevant to different customer groups (dealers/merchants, consumers/shoppers). - Experience in branding and communication activities. - Proven experience in trade marketing activities. - Graphic background and knowledge of the use of graphic programs would be advantageous. - Ability to create presentations, as well as the willingness to present the presentation to clients. - Openness to new challenges, willingness to develop, initiative in action. - Ability to work under time pressure.
