TNP Italia is looking for motivated and curious talents to join our consulting teams for a 6-month internship. You will contribute to transformation and operational improvement projects across several sectors such as fashion, automotive, retail, banking, insurance and other service industries.
You will work on projects focused on process optimization, operational performance, digital transformation and data-driven decision making, collaborating closely with clients while developing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
In addition, you will actively participate in the development of the first TNP office in Italy, supporting its growth and positioning in the market.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
Consulting Missions
You will be part of a team of consultants and actively contribute to client engagements, including:
* Analyzing business and operational data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
* Structuring insights and supporting data-driven decision making
* Preparing presentations and project deliverables for clients
* Supporting project governance activities (workshops, steering committees, progress tracking)
* Contributing to process improvement, operational performance and digital transformation initiatives
* Participating in projects across several sectors including industrial, services and financial services
Business Development
* Conducting market research and sector analysis
* Performing benchmarking and identifying business opportunities
* Supporting strategic studies on industries and potential clients
Communication & Marketing
* Contributing to brand awareness initiatives
* Supporting social media and communication activities
* Participating in events and initiatives promoting TNP Italia
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for curious and analytical candidates interested in solving complex business and operational challenges.
* Final-year student or recent graduate (Master’s degree)
* Background in Engineering (Industrial, Management, Mechanical, Computer Engineering), Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or other quantitative disciplines
* Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
* Interest in process improvement, operations, digital transformation and data analysis
* Comfortable working with data and structured analysis
* Good organizational and communication skills
* Proactive, curious and able to work with a good level of autonomy
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus
* Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of a third language is a plus
