**Preliminary Design & General Architecture
** unit, we are looking for a
**Platform Shaping (Low Observability) Electromagnetic Engineer
** for our Turin office.Below are the detailed activities that the resource will carry out:
* The resource will be included in the "Low Observability Technologies" Team of the Engineering organizational unit within Leonardo's Aircraft Business Unit, to support the activities foreseen in the GCAP program;
* The resource will work in a multidisciplinary team (aerodynamics, structures, propulsion, avionics systems and general systems) and will hold the role of LO-RF Technical Specialist with mainly design and RCS analysis tasks, supporting the evaluation of multidisciplinary trade-offs at both platform and subsystem level and coordinating, in cooperation with other project partners, research centers and university laboratories, technological developments in areas related to Radar low observability.
**Educational qualification:
** Master's degree in:Electronic/Telecommunications/Electromagnetism Engineering

**Knowledge and technical skills:
*** Background in electromagnetic fields, transmission lines, antennas and propagation;
* Background in Radar Imaging (SAR, ISAR) and Radar Remote Sensing systems;
* Familiarity with theuse of 3DS CST, ALTAIR FEKO and ANSYS HFSS simulation software;
* Fundamentals of antenna measurements, use of laboratory instrumentation;
* Design of radar absorbing materials and metasurfaces;
* Familiarity with theuse of CAD tools and meshing applications (e.G.
Hypermesh).
**Behavioral skills:
*** Autonomy, rapid learning ability, problem-solving orientation;
* Attitude to teamwork, motivation and interest in the subject.
**Language skills:
**Good knowledge of written and spoken English, B2 level
**IT knowledge:
