Customer Support Sales Contract Administrator
* Sales contracts management in Oracle ERP from creation of contracts to maintenance, renewals, and termination.
* Billing execution from invoice to disputed resolution.
* Hardware orders fulfilment from order processing to customer shipment.
This position is part of the Business Support Department located in Milan (Cassina de’ Pecchi). At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.
You will be a part of the Business Support Department and report to the Manager Post Sales Adm/Business Support Senior Manager responsible for processing sales contracts for Italy. If you thrive in a supporting role and want to work to build a world‑class Business Support organization—read on.
In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
* Create and perform maintenance for Sales Contracts in Oracle.
* Execute contract renewals and implement price increases.
* Process customer billings and invoicing.
* Investigate and resolve disputed invoices.
* Manage hardware orders from booking to customer shipment.
* Perform daily follow‑up of instrument orders, taking ownership for required actions.
* Handle customer inquiries, ensuring appropriate communication between customers and field operations.
* Contribute to processes for daily management, ensuring business continuity and supporting department objectives.
The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include
* At least 45% of reduced work capacity certified by competent authorities.
* Local language fluency and English at a functional level.
* Willingness to “get it done” and hold oneself accountable for assigned work, focusing on critical deliverables and high‑priority assignments with a sense of urgency and prioritization.
* Team worker; actively participates in team meetings, supports team goals, builds solid working relationships, enhances collaboration and cooperation within the interdepartmental organization, adapts and contributes to business needs showing flexibility and business acumen.
* High customer orientation, structured, proactive, and efficient way of working; communicative, open, pragmatic personality with a hands‑on mentality who likes to work in a team.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience of 1‑3 years in a customer support position and/or with customer service administration. Excellent telephone and communication skills.
