Support on calculation/review of standard costs for materials, labour and overheads Ensure the monitoring and controlling of the production costs and analysis of the production variances Provide support to financial and operations management, focusing on indicators and margins per department/function or products Support on sales analysis, pricing and costing policies A graduate in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field Preferably with 3/5 years of experience as Financial Controller in industrial company or in structured international companies A problem solver, able to prioritize workload and pay close attention to details With excellent analytical skills and experience with complex data management A collaborative individual able to build solid relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders A good team player, able to engage with teams and colleagues from different functions and levels of the company Preferably knowledgeable with Microsoft AX Proficient in Microsoft Office Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken Available to travel occasionally
