The Reservation & Event Assistant supports the Reservation Manager and Restaurant Manager with the coordination of restaurant bookings and private events of the three restaurants of the group, ensuring an exceptional guest experience aligned with the standards of excellence expected from our renowned group. The role works closely with the management team and guests to ensure clear communication, accurate planning, and a highly personalized service.
What you will do
Reservations Management
Manage and monitor reservations via phone, email, and online booking systems;
Maintain and update the guest database with accuracy and attention to detail;
Handle special requests, dietary restrictions, allergies, and guest preferences;
Coordinate with the front-of-house team to optimize table allocation and service flow;
Ensure professional and personalized communication with guests at all times;
Provide information regarding tasting menus, availability, and restaurant policies;
Handle reservation changes or cancellations with efficiency and discretion.
Events
Support the planning and coordination of private dining experiences and special events;
Prepare event proposals, quotations, and related documentation;
Liaise with kitchen, service team, and external suppliers to ensure smooth event execution. xjrgpwk
Operational Support
Assist the Restaurant Manager and team with daily operational planning;
Support reporting and analysis related to reservations and event performance;
Contribute to guest relations initiatives and guest loyalty programs.
