Become an Employee-Owner at PERRY proTECH!As an Application Support Technician, this individual is responsible for executing AMCS software installations remotely or on customer sites as needed.
About The role:
* Provide pre- and post-sales support to front line sales by preparing and executing assessments
* Install AMCS remotely and onsite for customers
* Team with Imaging Onboarding Specialist and Network Analyst to ensure all new customers and devices are reporting accurately
* Provide assistance in the ongoing maintenance of the AMCS server at PERRY proTECH
* Perform AMCS upgrades remotely for customer installations
* Troubleshoot “stale” accounts or device issues
* Assist Billing Department with meter requests
Requirements & Qualifications:
* Excellent time management abilities
* Excellent analytical abilities
* Self-motivated, flexible, and take initiative
* Minimum of associate’s degree; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination and experience
* Knowledge and experience with the following communication protocols: TCIP/SNMP, DHCP and Firewall Technologies, Remote Desktop Connection Experience
