This WIS team works with specialty retailers to provide focused inventory solutions for discount retail. The Inventory Supervisor leads training of Inventory Associates, supervises Inventory Events, and is the first point of contact for event concerns under the direction of the Area or District Manager. The role drives operational excellence, maximizes employee productivity, and grows the team through engagement. The supervisor interacts with customers to ensure exceptional service and upholds WIS core values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork in a safe, inclusive environment. Minimum 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years experience as Inventory Associate or similar role Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time‑management skills Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills Ability to work flexible schedules, varying hours in support of District Manager Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance (or meet WIS Fleet driver requirements) Working Conditions
Requires standing for prolonged periods, walking, using both hands and wrists repetitively, squatting, kneeling, or crouching, using ladders, lifting up to 25 lb.
