Context and Purpose of the Job
You will join our Retail Finance Department and you will support the team in the preparation of financial reports, intercompany balance reconciliations, and variance analysis, ensuring the accurate and timely management of financial data. As part of the team, you will gain valuable experience in financial control and analysis, contributing to the company’s overall financial operations.
Responsibilities
* Assisting in the preparation of legal entity reporting for the purposes of the Consolidated Financial Statements
* Reconciling Intercompany balances
* Performing variance analysis
Requirements
* Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
* Previous experience of 1 year in similar roles
* Fluency in English and Italian (both written and spoken)
* Strong analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
