IS Specialist, Communications & AI Education Global Program


Primary Purpose

The IS Digital Communication & Training Senior Specialist plays a key role in the execution and orchestration of communication, training, and enablement activities supporting Aptar’s Digital and AI initiatives.

The role combines hands‑on content creation, training and event coordination, ensuring that messages, materials, and learning initiatives are professionally produced, clearly delivered, and consistently deployed across the organization.

While operating under the strategic direction of IS GLT leadership, this role contributes actively to driving awareness, engagement, and early adoption of IS Digital and AI solutions through high‑quality execution and proactive coordination.


Tasks / Duties / Key Responsibilities


Communication & Content Execution

* Independently creates and publishes high‑quality communication materials related to IS Digital and AI initiatives (articles, intranet posts, presentations, announcements, emails).
* Translates inputs from IS Digital, AI, and technical teams into clear, engaging, and business‑understandable content for internal audiences.
* Ensures consistency of tone, branding, and messaging across channels, applying communication guidelines.
* Maintains and continuously improves communication assets, repositories, and reusable content formats.


Training & Event Coordination

* Support the Coordination of Digital and AI training initiatives end‑to‑end, including scheduling, logistics, invitations, materials preparation, and follow‑up.
* Actively supports the delivery of global and local training by developing learning content and tailoring materials for different audiences.
* Contributes to the organization of workshops, webinars, and hybrid events across Aptar sites, ensuring a professional participant experience.
* Tracks participation, feedback, and engagement metrics to support reporting and incremental improvement of enablement activities.


Content Production & Media Support

* Develops multimedia materials (videos, visuals, presentations) that strengthen communication and training initiatives.
* Edits and formats content to ensure clarity, accessibility, and usability across cultures and roles.
* Independently owns end‑to‑end video, articles production activities, collaborating with subject matter experts to translate technical and functional inputs into clear, compelling storytelling; leads scripting, editing, and final publication, ensuring high‑quality outputs with strong attention to narrative, clarity, and impact.


Operational Coordination & Enablement Support

* Acts as a reliable point of coordination between IS teams and communication or training initiatives.
* Helps ensure consistency and continuity across initiatives, programs, and channels.
* Provides structured support to ongoing AI Literacy and Digital awareness programs, contributing to smooth execution and sustained engagement.
* Operates with a high level of autonomy in execution, within priorities and direction defined by IS leadership.
* Exercises professional judgment on content, formats, and execution approaches.
* Focuses on quality, consistency, and effectiveness of delivery

Professional & Technical Skills

* Solid experience in internal communication, training coordination, content production, or marketing execution roles.
* Advanced, hands‑on expertise in content creation and storytelling, including professional writing (articles, news, scripts, executive messaging) tailored to different audiences and seniority levels.
* Strong video creation and editing skills: scripting, storyboarding, coordination of filming, editing, and post‑production to translate complex AI and digital topics into clear, engaging narratives.
* Solid visual and graphic design capabilities, enabling the creation of impactful presentations, visuals, infographics, and digital assets that enhance understanding and engagement.
* Ability to independently create, edit, and publish multimedia content (written, video, and visual), ensuring speed, consistency, and quality without reliance on external agencies.
